Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseny Yatsenyuk said at an international investment conference of Dragon Capital that Ukraine will discuss details of gas contracts with Gazprom, ITAR-TASS reports.
The PM is uncertain whether the existing Russian-Ukrainian gas deal is still in force and whether the price formula is preset or not.
Ukrainian Minister for Energy and Industry Yuri Prodan said that a delegation will visit Moscow on April 3 to meet Gazprom authorities. One of the topics they will discuss is Ukraine’s debt for Russian gas, which, according to Gazprom Head Alexey Miller, totals $1.711 billion.
