Crimean Prime Minister Sergey Aksenov assured that the finances of the peninsula will be spent on the most important goals, ITAR-TASS reports.
He said that each district was doing reconstruction work, preparing for planting and studies. The PM emphasized that the republic will try to put less pressure on the federal budget.
