Dagestan and Tatarstan have been picked as the republics that will manufacture AVTOL flying cars, SKFO.ru reports.
Dagestani Deputy Minister for Industry, Transportation and Energy Kazbek Kandaurov said that the idea was under discussion and there had been no proposals to launch production yet.
The vehicles will have a max speed of 400km/h. The constructors only need to develop a mechanism capable of lifting such cars off any surface. Test results will be announced in August 2015.
