Dagestan is going to sign a cooperation agreement with the Guangdong province of China.
"The agreement is aimed at developing relationships and connections in the field of trade and economic, scientific and technical cooperation as well as cultural exchanges," deputy Minister of Commerce, Investment and Entrepreneurship of Dagestan, Gerey Aliyev said.
