Russian economy keeps going downhill – PM

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said at the Finances Ministry today that the economic growth was going downhill, ITAR-TASS reports.The economic growth rate totaled 1% in Q1 2014. Medvedev believes that the West is one of the reasons for such a poor economic performance.
