Turkish Minister for Energy and Natural Resources Taner Yildiz said before the talks with Gazprom Export Chief Alexander Medvedev that they were negotiating an increase in the Blue Stream pipeline capacity from 16 billion to 19 billion cubic meters of gas a year, ITAR-TASS reports.
In 2011 a source said that the pipeline capacity could be increased by 20% to 19 billion cubic meters or more.
