Iran expands trade relations with India

An Iranian business delegation from the North Khorasan Province is on a visit to India for a week to visit states and industrial enterprises, Iran.ru reports.

It will be the first foreign visit of entrepreneurs from the North Khorasan Province.

The trade turnover between Iran and India has increased from $9 billion to $16 billion in the last 5 years. The sides plan to further increase the volume to $25 billion in the next five years.

About 10% of all exports from the North Khorasan (worth $15 million) are imported by India. The exports include saffron and dry fruits.
