Healthcare Ministers of Iran and Oman Seyed Hassan Hashemi and Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Obaid al Sa'eedi have reached an agreement on activation of cooperation in medicine and pharmaceutics, Trend reports.
The sides will co-invest construction of a pharmaceutical factory in Oman, according to Hashemi. He clarified that medicaments produced at the factory will be exported to Gulf states.
Iran plans to promote private investments in hospital construction in Oman.
Sa’eedi is on a visit to Tehran on an invitation of Hashemi.
