Turkish Minister for Energy and Natural Resources Taner Yildiz said today that Russia was not planning to change the route of the South Stream gas pipeline under the Black Sea, Trend reports.
He noted that Turkey was planning to discuss the issue with the authorities of Gazprom, the main gas supplier of Europe.
The minister added that the Ukrainian crisis will not affect the economic relations of Turkey and Russia due to the firm strategic partnership between the two states.
