Azerbaijan has signed a contract with the Kazan helicopter plant to buy helicopters worth 6.8 billion rubles, according to the company's CEO Vadim Ligay.
Judging from the amount of money paid for the helicopters, Azerbaijan has ordered about 15 of them.
Azerbaijan is the third most important client of the Kazan helicopter plant after India and the U.S., RBC reports.
