The administration of Tskhinvali has introduced a curfew for minors
without parental supervision in South Ossetia, Elza Jioyeva, the head
of the department of additional education of the Ministry of
Education, Science and Youth Policy, said, IA 'Res' reports.
Children under 16 are now forbidden to be in public places from 8pm to
6.00 am without parental supervision.
