The Minister of Oil of Iran, Bijan Namdar Zanganeh said yesterday, at the opening of the 19th International Exhibition "Oil, Gas, Petrochemicals" in Tehran that once the a new refinery, Setareye Khaleej Farce is commissioned, Iran will have no need to import gasoline.
The minister also touched on the issue of the participation of Chinese contractors in Iranian projects in the oil industry and stressed that Chinese companies should act in strict accordance with the signed contracts and agreements.
Concerning the agreement with Russia on the exchange of Iranian oil for Russian goods, Bijan Namdar Zanganeh said that negotiations on this issue are ongoing.
