Grozny will host an inter-regional council on development of gardening in the North Caucasian Federal District today, RIA Dagestan reports.
The talks will be organized under supervision of Russian Agriculture Minister Nikolai Fedorov. Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov, heads of departments of the Russian Agriculture Ministry and heads of agricultural structures of the North Caucasus will discuss problems of gardening in the federal district and state support.
