Head of the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) Rovnag Abdullayev said that gas-pumping to Russia will be renewed after reconstruction of a pipeline, Trend reports.
Gas-pumping has been stopped since January due to reconstruction on a highway from Baku to the Russian border.
