Azerbaijan imports weapons worth about 1 million dollars

The Mechanical and Chemical Industry Corporation (MKEK) of Turkey sold weapons worth $966,526 to Azerbaijan in 2013, APA reports.The weapons included sniper rifles, small arms, engineering equipment and other products of the defense industry. Azerbaijan was the sixth-largest importer of MKEK products in 2013.Azerbaijan purchased its products for a total of $292,332 in 2012.
