The five regions have 6 meters of roadway per square kilometer of surface.
The worst situation with roads is in the Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk, Tyumen and Rostov oblasts and Bashkortostan. The federal cities of Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Sevastopol and the Crimean Republic were not included in the list.
