Criminal cases have been initiated against the Dagestan Energy-Distributing Company and Dagenergoset by the Directorate of the Federal Anti-Monopoly Service in Dagestan over violations of the anti-monopoly law, Interfax reports.
The Bytovik, Yakorek and Mashinostroitel 2 gardening communities complained about a power shutdown without having been informed beforehand. The company, members of the communities say, issued bills for non-existent debts, increasing fees by about 50%.
