The Russian government and representatives of international payment systems of Visa and MasterCard achieved a preliminary agreement on their further work in Russia.
It has happened at the meeting between the first Vice-Premier of Russia Igor Shuvalov, the Minister of Finances of Russia Anton Siluanov, the Director General of the Visa Group in Central and Eastern Europe and Africa, Kamran Siddiki, and the president of development of European markets of MasterCard, Bella Stavchanski, Interfax reports.
