Vladikavkaz amount to 300,000 roubles, badly wounded people will
receive 100,000 roubles and people with minor injuries will receive
50,000 roubles, according to the North Ossetian president Teymuraz
Mamsurov's decree, RIA Novosti reports. A bomb was activated by a
suicide bomber in a car parked near the central market in Vladikavkaz.
