Russian-Ukrainian gas talks, which have been taking place at the level of energy ministers, might be taken to the presidential level, the EU Energy Commissioner Guenther Oettinger said.
He said that the heads of Russia and Ukraine, Vladimir Putin and Petr Poroshenko, might discuss the gas issue already today.
