Kabardino-Balkaria Ministry of Agriculture prosecutedThe Republican Department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service prosecuted the Ministry of Agriculture of Kabardino-Balkaria for violation of the Law on Competition.Earlier the Union of Agricultural Producers of the Prokhladnensky region of the republic filed a claim to the DFAS, which was considered and as a result a check was conducted. The check revealed violation of antimonopoly laws. It turned out that the republican government decree on issuing subsidies to agricultural producers in 2013-2020 for supporting crop growing contradicted the Federal Law on Protection of Competition.
