The director of the Organization of Civil Aviation of Iran has held negotiations with representatives of the Canadian aircraft-building company Bombardier.During the negotiations, in which representatives of some Iranian aircraft companies also took part, the Canadian aircraft manufacturers told about the production of the Bombardier company and declared the readiness of this company for cooperation with the Organization of Civil Aviation of Iran regarding deliveries of passenger planes and spare parts for aircraft equipment, as well as providing technologies, the director of the legal and international department of the Organization of Civil Aviation of Iran Mohammed Said Sharafi reported.During the negotiations the director of the Organization of Civil Aviation of Iran pointed out the special geographical location of Iran, the existence in the country of numerous airports, and also that in the next decade the Islamic Republic will need more than 400 planes.In this regard Iran can become a favorable market for the Bombardier company, Iran.ru reports.The Canadian representatives declared their readiness to cooperate with the Iranian aircraft manufacturers.Bombardier is among the aircraft-building companies known around the world.
