National Chamber of Entrepreneurs (NCE) of Kazakhstan has worked out a number of amendments to the rules of conducting public procurement in the quasi-public sector and among the subsoil users, a NCE board member said at a press conference in Astana on June 23."NCE, which is well aware of the problems in national business, has worked out new rules for public procurement. They will take effect after the discussions of the amendments between the government and the business community. We believe that all our proposals will optimize the public procurement process and will make it transparent and accessible," the board member said.The chamber of entrepreneurs plans to create a national standards system in 2015.
