The Azerbaijani Transportation Ministry is ready to move the ferry terminal of the Baku International Maritime Trade Port to Alayat, abc.az reports.It will open in July. Construction of the port has already been completed.Azerbaijani Deputy Transportation Minister Musa Panakhov announced shift of the port to Alayat in mid-2014. The new port will process 50,000 containers at first. Further development should increase the cap to 1 million containers a year.
