Russia’s Technopromexport, a Rostec enterprise, is negotiating construction of 5 power plants in Iran, according to Sergey Ryzhkov, deputy director of the enterprise, and Alexander Zaslavsky, the director of the Institute for Power Plant Designing, Iran.ru reports.Technopromexport has already built the Ramin power plant (2100MW) in Akhvaz, Shakhid Montazeri power plant (1600MW) in Isfahan. It plans to build new power plants with an output of 1725MW in the East Azerbaijan Province.
