Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said at the governmental commission for socio-economic development of the NCFD that development of the Grozny refinery project will be completed in December 2014. The Stavrolen thermal power plant, Gotsatlinskaya Dam, Zelenchukskaya Dam, Irganayskaya Dam and small hydro plants will have an output of 800MW in total.
