Iran may become principal supplier of wheat to Armenia

The Agriculture Minister of Armenia has stated that the country is importing wheat and other grains from Iran, Iran News reports.
Experts say that quality and price of Iranian wheat suit Armenia. The short distance between the countries also provides the opportunity to save on transportation costs. If the price does not change, Iran could become the principal supplier of wheat to the Armenian market.
