The Federation Council of Russia has passed the law on sell-off of Olimpstroy, the corporation formed in 2007 to build facilities for the Sochi 2014 Olympic and Paralympic Games, RIA Novosti reports.Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said that the corporation had succeeded in organizing the Games. The Russian government will set terms to close the corporation down after checking the report of the liquidation commission that will be formed by the monitoring council of Olimpstroy.
