Some $104 million is expected to be spent on construction of tourist facilities in Russia's North Caucasus Republic of Dagestan. The Sarir hotel complex is going to include a number of luxurious hotels such as Hilton, Opera and several others.
The project has recently been presented to Dagestani President Ramazan Abdulatipov by a Turkish delegation.
