Yakobashvili may invest $200 million in Georgia

 

David Yakobashvili, a Russian businessman of Georgian origin, plans to invest $200 million more into Georgian economy. The businessman admitted that he had already invested millions into Georgia, including its Co-Investment Fund, Trend reports.The investor highlighted hydro energy, natural resources, agriculture and tourism as the most promising sectors of economy.Less than $1 billion have been invested in Georgia this year. The country is at a decisive moment: it has signed the EU Association Agreement and works on normalizing relations with Russia.
