Kizlyar cognac factory to become federal property

 

Dagestani Leader Ramazan Abdulatipov said that the Kizlyar cognac factory will have become federal property by the end of 2016, Novoye Delo reports.A special evaluating commission will determine the factory’s price. It used to be worth 4 billion rubles. Some experts call the figure too low and believe that it may cost at least 20 billion rubles.
