The first plane of Metrojet (Russia) flying from Moscow landed in Qabala yesterday. Arif Allahverdiyev, deputy head of Qabala District executives, Sergey Mordvintsev, the director general of Metrojet, Ragim Aliyev, the head of Metrojet office in Azerbaijan, were at the airport to see the plane.The plane left the Moscow Domodedovo Airport at 6.00pm and landed in the Qabala International Airport at 8.30pm. It carried 180 passengers, mostly Azerbaijanis and Russians. It took off with 175 passengers at 10.00pm on its way to Moscow.An Airbus-320 will make Moscow-Qabala-Moscow flights on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The ticket price will start with 69 euro. Flights from Qabala will also be made to other Russian cities.
