Azerbaijan purchases Russian Yak-130 jets

 

Russia is planning to sell Yak-130 training and combat jets (NATO name: Mitten) to Azerbaijan, APA reports.Azerbaijani tested the jets in Russia last year. The Yak-130 jet is used to train combat pilots of generations 4+++ and 5. It uses guided and unguided missiles. Russia, Belarus and Algeria are armed with Yak-130 jets.
