The European Union has issued the first tunche of 3 million euros in the terms of the general supporting programme of 14 million euros, Trend cites the message published by the representativity of the European Commission in Azerbaijan. The task is to develop complex and transparent national energetic strategy, which will include delivery, transportation, transit and use of all energy resources.
