Ingush Leader Yunus-Bek Yevkurov, vice prime ministers, officials of regional ministries for the economy, finance, construction and Kopromsvyaz have held a working meeting. In Aria and Artis two projects are being implemented within the framework of state guarantees: formation of a cluster of innovative energy efficient construction materials (worth 5.7 billion rubles) and formation of an industrial cluster (5.5 billion rubles), ITAR-TASS reports.
Deputy Minister for Economic Development Mahmoud Malsagov discussed solutions to the problems of the high interest rates for the loans granted to the projects. In his words, the procedure of joining investment projects should be simplified.
Yevkurov ordered the Ministry for Economy to send all proposals to the plenipotentiary presidential envoy to the NCFD.
