The authorities in the Russian North Caucasus Republic of Kabardino-Balkaria are going to spend 1 billion roubles on the social sphere, RIA Novosti reports. The corresponding amendments have been made to the republic's budget by the Kabardino-Balkarian cabinet.
The decision has been made in order to meet the requirements spelled out in the decree issued by the Russian president in May 2012.
