First large solar electric plant in Russia to be built in Kislovodsk

During the IX International Investment Forum, Sochi-2010, the
Stavropol region found investors for its project to build the first
Russian solar electricity generating station, reports Yuga.ru. Its
capacity is expected to reach over 12 MW. A research center is planned
to be situated in it.
