Italian government approves TAP project

The Italian government has approved the Trans-Adriatic Pipeline project, the APA agency reports on Sunday. TAP told APA-Economics that the document was signed by Italian Environment Minister Gianluca Galetti.

The agreement was reached after regular extensive discussions of local communities, public consultations and national and regional bodies of the government.

“TAP tries to deliver the world-scale project to Italy with responsibility and will continue close cooperation with all participants”, the report says.
