House prices in Spain will not grow

High unemployment and a falling population will not provide the Spanish housing market with the boost it needs. Prices will keep falling in 2015, despite a recovery of the economy from recession. According to official information, house prices have started rising for the first time in six years since dropping by 40%. They increased by 0.8% in Q2, compared with the same period the previous year, Moody’s Investors Service Inc. reports.
