The government plans to allocate 40 billion rubles to the 'Russian
Railways' company in 2011 to construct transport infrastructure within
the framework of preparations for the Winter Olympic Games in Sochi.
The funds will be issued as part of the company's charter capital,
Interfax reports. The government issued 60 billion rubles to the
company in 2010 using the same scheme.
'Russian Railways' will receive a total of 71.8 billion rubles this
year for preparations for the 2014 Games.
