It grew 6.5-fold in the gas and water sector, by 23.1% in the processing sector, 12.9-fold in education organizations, 1.5-fold in agriculture, by 20.8% in construction, RIA Dagestan reports.The debt dropped in Derbent, the districts of Derbentsky, Akhtynsky and Sergokalinsky. It grew in Makhachkala, Izberbash and the Karabudakhkentsky District.
