The Russian State Duma has discussed anti-crisis measures taken in the
first half of 2010, the head of the Central Bank Sergey Ignatyev told
the session that inflation in Russia may reach 10% this year,
ITAR-TASS reports.
Until July inflation was standing at 5.6%, but in August the situation
changed due to climate problems. Ignatyev said that in autumn the
problems would be overcome. According to Yuga.ru, the Russian
Statistics Agency predicted that by the end of September inflation
will reach 6%, with the average rate in 2010 estimated at 6.7%.
