Azerbaijani Railways will buy 50 carriages of Stadler (Switzerland) for the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway that will be launched in 2015, said Nadir Azmamedov, the head of the press service of Azerbaijani Railways, aznews.az reports.
Stadler will build passenger and sleeping carriages in Ganja. Some of them will be used in the country, some will be exported to neighbouring countries. The Ganja factory producing them will be built in 1.5 years.
