Two republics of the North Caucasus Federal District were among members of the Russian Federation which had implemented the annual plan for resettlement of emergency housing by November 2014, the head of the minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Russia, Mikhail Men, said today.Speaking about Russia in general, resettlement is taking place at an equal speed, however there is a number of regional outsiders where the authorities have settled less than 20% of the total intended for the resettlement of dilapidated housing.
