Russian PM names culprits of weakening ruble

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said at the opening of the governmental session today that "dishonest" speculators were to blame for the falling ruble price. He added that analysts were allegedly rating the ruble higher than it was, Interfax reports.


Medvedev denied rumours about limitation of capital movement, sale of currency.
