Russian Deputy Minister for Energy Kirill Molodtsov said that extraction of liquid hydrocarbons in East Siberia will increase by 10% next year, RIA Novosti reports.He reminded that their extraction had risen dramatically in the past 3 years and was still growing. In his words, about 25 million tons of oil will be extracted and pumped in the eastern direction.The forecasts were the most conservative estimates, added Molodtsov.
