State company to build five ski resorts in North Caucasus

The North Caucasus Resorts company is to supervise the building of
five ski resorts in North Caucasus. 98% of the company's shares
belongs to the Russian government. The first tranch from the budget
will amount to 3 billion roubles and then it will be enlarged up to 30
billion roubles.
