State Duma to ratify agreement on Armenia’s accession to the EaEU by the end of 2014

The State Duma could ratify the agreement on accession of Armenia to the Eurasian Economic Union by the end of the year. This was announced by the head of the Duma Committee for the CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots, Leonid Slutsky.

The agreement on the accession of Armenia to the EaEU was sent to the State Duma on Tuesday by Vladimir Putin. The document was signed by the presidents of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Armenia on October 10th in Minsk.
