Dagestani Leader Ramazan Abdulatipov and Governor of the Stavropol Territory Vladimir Vladimirov have signed a memorandum on friendship, cooperation and deepening of integration ties until 2016. The document stipulates cooperation in industry, agriculture, high-tech and innovations, commerce and investments, housing and utilities services, education and science, healthcare, culture, sports, tourism, environmental protection, public security, RIA Dagestan reports.The sides will also cooperate in realization of the strategy of state ethnic policy of Russia until 2025. Interregional trade turnover will increase by a third, new trade centers and networks for promotion of local products will open, food and whine sales will rise. The regions plan to boost grape-growing and wine-making, animal husbandry, production of seeds.
