SOCAR to sign new agreement on expanding Georgian gas network

The State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) will expand its presence in the Georgian gas sector. SOCAR Georgia Gas will signed a new agreement with the Georgian government to expand Georgia's gas supply network, abc.az reports.

The 3-year agreement has already been initialled. It will increase the investments of SOCAR Georgia Gas to $250 million and the number of clients to 250,000. The new agreement will need about $25 million in investments in 2015.
